Dr Stephen Turner's website launched

Dr Stephen Turner

This is a site i have completed for a client and was launched over the weekend.

Dr. Turner's approach aims to integrate orthodox medicine with the therapeutic techniques of medical hypnotherapy to promote an holistic approach to genuine healing. His emphasis is down-to-earth and practical. He has particular interest in using hypnotherapy to assist patients in developing a personal sense of self-control based on improved self-esteem. With this development comes a natural and well-grounded trend towards confidently effecting behavioural changes aimed at promoting personal physical and mental health.

The website conforms to Strict xHTML & CSS. It also incorporates a backend system that runs on PHP & mySQL to allow client to edit and update website's content.

VM
Good news! i've checked Virtuemart 1.0.15 with the modified files to allow loading mambots (plugins) into Virtuemart contents area and there hasn't been any changes to the files that have been modified for this purpose. So you can use the previous versions for VM 1.0.15.

To simplify it, i've packaged a new one for VM 1.0.15 which is essentially the same as the previous version.  read more »

Load mambots into VM product description

Out of a request from a user to allow 1pixelout player to be rendered in Virtuemart product description, I have created a hack. This was only way to load mambots into VM. This hack was created for use with Joomla! 1.0.x & Virtuemart 1.0.12 & 1.0.13a only.  read more »

Adding RSS Footer to Joomla! RSS

RSS Footer

I recieved an email from a user requesting for a Wordpress RSS Footer plugin by Joost De Valk to be ported to Joomla!

After having installed it on Wordpress to see what it was, it seems to be just a simple insert of a line of text that appears on each feed's description. So it didn't seem to be of any significant to port the plugin. Also, it would only require one line of code to be added.  read more »
