Yes, i got excited and just had to blog about this. Thanks to Naveenpl for recommending Search404 module. What's that? i hear you cry. It's a module to replace your error 404 pages (pages that does not exist on your site when someone tries to search for it by typing in a URL that does not exist). So search404 steps into play and tries to match what they are trying to search for.
Try this example: http://www.duvien.com/page/not/found
As you can see in the example, there is no /page/not/found page but instead of showing a useless blank page with Error 404 (totally unfriendly to site visitors), it shows a list of search results that might match what they are trying to search for. Pretty amazing... i don't know of any other open source CMS with a module like this, or maybe i'm wrong?
If this module isn't enough for you or that it isn't working as expected, you can try this method from Kineta.
Anyhow, Search404 module is a must-have for all Drupal sites.
