It's finally here, Elgg 0.9!

A big thanks to everybody for testing the 0.9 release candidates, your input was invaluable for tracking down some major and minor issues. We're quite proud of this first community release, which includes a large number of enhancements, fixes and new features. Especially the improved installer and configuration manager will help make installing Elgg a breeze - thanks go to Rolando for this one. Enjoy this release, don't forget to read the install document and as ever, please report any issues you may have in the tracker. Happy Christmas!
